HOW YOU CAN HELP.
We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers and potential new staff members to help bring Tinkertown to life. If you enjoy working in a creative, flexible environment, supporting children and families, and getting hands-on with building and play, we’d love to hear from you.
Team members help maintain a safe, fun space, engage with participants, and support the running of the event. While hours and specific roles are flexible and can be discussed, this work involves some manual tasks, so you need to be comfortable getting stuck in.
As a thank you, volunteers attending a festival typically receive a free festival ticket, giving you the chance to enjoy the event too.
